Just In Case Phone Cases
At Just In Case, we want you to love your phone case. Because our products are made to order, our return and refund policy differs slightly from traditional retail stores. This policy is in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:

Does not perform as expected
These guarantees apply automatically and cannot be excluded.
If your item meets any of these conditions, please contact us and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer:

A refund to your original payment method or store credit

Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and arrange a resolution as quickly as possible. If successful, we will send you a shipping label to return the faulty product.
Change of Mind
Because all phone cases are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong phone model

Change of mind

Choosing the wrong product or style

Deciding you no longer want the item
Please check your phone model and order details carefully before purchasing.
If you would still like a replacement item, we can assist you in placing a new order at your own expense.
Order Issues & Fulfilment Errors
If there is a manufacturing error or fulfilment issue, we take full responsibility and will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue has been verified.
